It is known to all that crime rate is on the rise. The means of committing a crime is numerous and varied. Murder and robbery, not to speak of theft, are often seen. What causes crime rate to rise? I think the reasons are as follows:

First, there exists the unfaisness in distribution. More work does not result in more pay. The tycoons are not hard-working people but profiteers. Some government officials abuse power and make public money their own.

Second, the influence of violence and horror films on young people has a negative effect. The films and songs about love and revenge and friendship teach young people to give kiadness for kindness, hatred for hatred and tit for tat.

Third, people tend to lose faith and belief. The traditional revolutionaly education has somewhat been abandoned. People talk less about patriotism but more about making money. The money-oriented people are cold and indifferent to each other.

There are many social and economical reasons that cause crime rate to rise. The above mentioned are just a few. They are the dark side of human society. By the joint efforts of people both of rank and file we are sure to make a better world in which to live.

首先，社会存在分配不公，多劳者并不多得，大亨们不是靠辛勤劳动发财，而是靠牟取暴利致富。一些政一府官员滥用职权，公为己有。

第二，暴力恐怖片对年轻人的负面影响。一些关于一爱一情和恩仇的电一影、歌曲教人有恩报恩、有仇报仇和针锋相对。

第三，人们失去信仰，丢掉了传统的革命教育，谈一爱一国主义的少了，讲金钱的多了。拜金主义使人际关系冷漠了。

犯罪率上升还有许多社会和经济原因，以上提到的几点，是人类社会的一一暗面。但我们相信，只要举国上下齐心协力，生活的世界一定会更美好。

It is reported that the proportion of young female criminal unfolds a steady increasing trend, and women crime, especially the young female's delinquency has become a serious social problem indeed. Young women, as the most peaceable parts of human, are always regarded as the last aim by the police office. Why they go astray is mainly due to the two following reasons: one is their own character peculiarity, the other is from social pressure.

As far as the former, for one thing, the female is sensitive to the trifles and sentimental to the reins and loves. Sensitivity often puts them to the edge unnecessarily and forms extreme ideas, which frequently leads to direct criminal. Frangibility of sensibility makes them so depressed and despaired that they ha一ve a high probability to do the illegal beha一vior when they slip down in loves.

As for the latter reason, the social pressure comes of traditionally sexual discrimination and survival competition. It is no denying the fact that the contemporary including the women are confronted with the more severe competition than their ancestors were, and in addition to this point, females still ha一ve to struggle with the deep-booted discrimination.

When young women make their debut in the society, all kinds of crises, trouble and pressure lay them into flat, which compels them to a一venge and relieve their feeling with lawless methods in unassisted situation. Ponderance of young female criminal reveals long-term negligence to the female's inner and outer circumstance. It is almost impossible to change female's nature, so the society should take more care of women, especially for the young women. For example, some psychological courses and the methods of solving problem are effective measures to adjust the mood of women. In the meantime, prejudice to women should be out of the social stage and fair, equal and friendly atmosphere should be set up, which can help women to take part in the formal and rational contention. Additionally, the society should approbate the female's indispensable position of community and encourage them to show their special aptitude and intelligence.

Undisputablely, the rising criminal rate of young women has relation to both females themselves and irrational social phenomena. Care and equity are the best way to solve this increasing problem, after all, they are less aggressive.

This line chart shows the different crime rates that occur in different seasons. We can see that there is a surprising link between changes in the seasons and patterns of different crimes such as murder and robbery.

As shown in the chart, the crime rate for murder varies greatly throughout the whole year. It starts to grow steadily from about 15 in January and reaches a high of about 70, 77, and 66 in July, August, and September, with August as its highest point. Then it begins to decrease sharply to a Iow of about 15 in December. This means that there are more crimes of bodily harm in the summer months than in the rest of the months of the year, which may be attributed to the hot and humid weather. In this kind of weather, people can easily get irritated and angry. Robbery, on the other hand, has a different cycle. It varies very little in the year and begins to decrease slowly from its peak of about 55 in January and reaches its lowest of about 30 in the summer months of July, August and September. Then it starts to go up from October and reaches its peak of about 55 again in December. So we are likely to be robbed in the winter months, which can be explained by the fact that it gets dark earlier and the nights are longer. During this time of the year, robbers ha一ve longer time to commit crimes at night.

From the above analysis, we can come to the conclusion that different crimes seem to ha一ve different patterns in the year. We should take measures to be on guard for different crimes in different months.
